James J. Belle originates from the West Indian Islands in Dominica. He was called and chosen in Christ Jesus on January 1, 1970, and became a fully committed disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ. He graduated with honors in 1973 after 3 years of theological studies and training for the mission field.
Reverend Belle was ordained by the Presbytery of the Pentecostal Assemblies in l976. Since that time, he has pioneered more than seven churches. He served as District Superintendent of the Assemblies in Dominica for more than 12 years. He pastored Rapture Time Assembly for more than 7 years and the Peoples Pentecostal Church in Roseau for 9 years. He has ministered the Word of God in Africa, London, the Caribbean, the United States, and other parts of the world for the last 28 years. Since 1989, he has worked in the U.S. as a missionary.
He and his wife Aileen now pastor in the city of Richmond, Virginia, a work that they have been pioneering since 1993. They are the proud parents of Elleena and Jamesritch, and both work with them in ministry.
